The Nevis Air and Sea Ports Authority Act (Tariff Book) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 made by the Authority with the approval of the Minister under section 41 of the Nevis Air and Sea Ports Authority Act, No. 1 of 1995.

- CITATION AND COMMENCEMENT. This order may be cited as the Nevis Air and Sea Ports Authority Act (Tariff Book) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 and shall be deemed to have come into effect on the 1st day of May, 2009.**
- INTERPRETATION. “Tarrif Book” means the Tariff Book that was approved on the 22nd day of July 2002 by the Minister under section 41 of the Nevis Air and Sea Ports Authority Act, No. 1 of 1995 and published in the Gazette as the Nevis Air and Sea Ports Authority Act (Tariff Book) Regulations, 2002, No. 3 of 2002.
